Nicky first joined Pampers in 2004 and, with her love for all things beauty, went on to take over the business in 2016. For her, Pampers is so much more than a salon… it’s her passion, her pride, and her second family. You’ll find her here full-time during the week, keeping everything running smoothly and sharing her expertise with clients and the team.
Her favourite treatment? Advanced hair removal, including IPL and Electrolysis. Nicky loves the truly transformative results these treatments bring and seeing the confidence it gives her clients is what makes it all so rewarding.
Izzy – Senior Therapist
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays.
Izzy began her beauty journey with us back in 2007 and has been an important part of the Pampers family ever since.
Over the years, she’s grown alongside the salon, bringing her passion and expertise to every client she welcomes.
Her favourite treatment? Waxing! Izzy loves the instant, flawless results it delivers. But what truly sets her apart is the way she connects with her clients. She loves a good chat and always makes sure everyone leaves feeling pampered, refreshed, and special.
Kirsti – Senior Therapist
Fridays.
Kirsti joined Pampers in 2019, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.
Her favourite treatments? Facials and brows! She loves how facials combine the power of aromatherapy with a detailed focus on wellbeing, while everything brow-related is her true passion.
Since returning from maternity leave, Kirsti has loved reconnecting with her regular clients. She’s all about creating a calming, grounding experience that leaves every client feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to take on the day.
Viera – Therapist
Weekdays & Saturdays.
Viera brings a wealth of experience to Pampers, having worked across spas, health centres, salons, and clinics over the years. Her passion lies in helping clients look and feel their very best, inside and out.
Her favourite treatment? Electrical facials, especially CACI facials. She loves how they deliver long-lasting results, improve skin texture, and give clients that extra boost of confidence. Viera works full-time here at Pampers, and when she’s not in the salon, she enjoys cooking, spending time in the garden, and catching up with friends.
Lisa – Therapist
Lisa has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and has worked with many leading brands to discover the very best products for her clients.
Passionate about all aspects of beauty therapy from facials and massage to nail care and beyond. Lisa takes pride in delivering treatments to the highest standards.
Her goal is always the same, to help every client look and feel their best.
Grace – Receptionist
Grace is part of our front-of-house team, working as a receptionist on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She loves being the first point of contact at the salon, making sure every client feels welcome, comfortable, and at ease from the moment they arrive.
Passionate about beauty and helping others, Grace is always ready with a smile to make someone’s day a little brighter.
Outside of Pampers, she enjoys long walks with her dogs, coffee dates, and spending time with her family.
Sally – Receptionist
Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
Sally first joined Pampers as one of our loyal clients and it wasn’t long before she became part of the family.
So when a position opened up, it was only natural that she would step into the role and join the team.
Her favourite part about working at Pampers? The warm, friendly atmosphere and the chance to share her love of treatments and products with our wonderful clients every day.
Mauro – Hair Stylist
With over 30 years of experience, Mauro brings incredible expertise and passion to Pampers. Born in Sicily, he began his career at a young age, honing his craft in high-end salons across Italy before moving to England in 1998 to join Toni & Guy London. He worked his way up through the company, winning several awards, including the prestigious L’Oréal Colour Trophy.
Now, we’re delighted to have him here at Pampers, where he continues to share his wealth of knowledge, creativity, and flair with our clients.
Heather – Hair Stylist
Heather discovered her love for hairdressing at just 16, where she quickly developed a passion for colour. She went on to qualify as a Redken Colour Specialist, earning her diploma and mastering the art of creating beautiful, bespoke colour for her clients. She’s also a certified Great Lengths extension specialist, transforming hair not only with length, but also by adding thickness and volume.
For Heather, the best part is seeing the confidence and joy these transformations bring.
Caroline – Hair Stylist
Caroline has over 20 years of experience in the hair industry and specialises in precision cutting and styling.
A true perfectionist, she has attended countless hairdressing courses throughout her career and is always exploring new shapes and techniques to stay ahead of the latest trends.
Caroline loves creating cuts and styles tailored to each individual, while also giving clients the guidance they need to keep their look fresh and manageable at home.
Hadrian – Hair Stylist
With over 30 years of experience in hairdressing, Hadrian began his career in Central London and has seen countless trends come, go, and even come back around again!
What has always remained the same is his passion for helping clients look and feel their very best.
Outside of the salon, Hadrian loves spending time with family, travelling, surfing, keeping fit, and relaxing with a good TV show. Having built a wonderful life and loyal client base, he is proud to now call Norwich home.
He can’t wait to welcome you into the salon soon!
Simon – Hair Stylist
With over 30 years of experience in hairdressing, Simon first trained in Dorset before moving to London, where they worked with Toni & Guy.
Eventually settling in Norwich, Simon has built a career around their passion and since joining the Pampers Hair team, he has loved working in such a friendly, supportive environment, and says there’s nothing better than doing what you love alongside great people.
Simon specialises in both colouring and cutting, and now works part-time, bringing skill and creativity to every appointment.
Alistair – Hair Stylist
With over 23 years in the hairdressing industry, Alistair brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the salon. He’s been a finalist in the Wella Colour Trophy three times and has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading hairstylists, perfecting his craft at the highest level.
For Alistair, nothing matters more than his clients’ happiness. Known for his exceptional customer care, he’s proud that more than 80% of his loyal clientele have been with him for over 15 years, a true testament to the trust and relationships he’s built.
