Mauro
Mauro has more than 30 years of experience in the hairdressing world. He was born in Italy, in the beautiful island of Sicily where he started at a young age and, after collecting experiences around high quality salons up and down Italy, he moved to England in 1998 to join Toni & Guy London. This is where he worked all his way up within the company, and after winning a few awards with Toni & Guy Norwich and the L’ORÉAL Colour Trophy award with another Norwich based salon, he opened his own boutique/salon in The Norwich Lanes. After 10 years of successful business he sold the salon to start a new self-employed work/life style around top salons in the region.

Heather
Heather started her passion for hairdressing at 16, where she found her desire for colour. Heather became a colour specialist with the amazing Redken, a professional haircare brand for both stylists and clients, then qualified with a diploma. Heather is also a ‘GreatLengths’ extension specialist.
“Extensions aren’t just for long hair, they are also to help add thickness and volume. I love the transformation and the confidence this gives to my clients. I look forward to welcoming new clients to Pampers Hair and Beauty and I’m very excited for my existing clients to join me at my new premises. — Heather x”
Caroline
Caroline has been in the hair industry for 20 years. She specialises in cutting and styling hair. Being a perfectionist, she has attended numerous hairdressing courses over the years and is constantly looking at new shapes and techniques to keep up with the latest hair trends.
“I enjoy creating haircuts and styles to suit each and every individual while giving them the guidance to maintain it once they’ve left the salon.”
Alistair
Alistair has been in the hairdressing industry for more than 23 years. In that time he’s been a finalist in the Wella Colour Trophy three times and worked with some of the UK’s leading hair stylists. Nothing is more important to him than his clients’ happiness — more than 80% of his loyal clientele have been with him for over 15 years.
