*Please note that we will now be asking you to carry out a NEW PATCH TEST for brow tinting, LVL, HD BrowSculpt or any other treatment of this nature. We will NOT be able to carry out the appointment if you have NOT had a new patch test. This is due to a change in COVID-19 beauty guidelines and insurance legislation. Unfortunately there are NO exceptions. You MUST have the patch test at least 24 HOURS before your treatment and this is carried out in the salon. Please be aware of this when making a future booking. You can give us a call to let us know when you will be coming to visit the salon for the patch test.
For your convenience, you are able to book the majority of our services online.
When you book in online with us you will now be asked to pre pay via PayPal. If you do not pay for the booked treatment within 30 minutes this will be automatically cancelled – the treatment will not be booked in our diary until the payment has been processed.
If you wish to cancel your appointment we will be unable to issue a refund for ANY treatments booked in via our online booking system. We can however move the treatment to a different day or time so please call the salon on 01603 660385 if you wish to do so.
